We have touched briefly on inchies in Altered Art News, our occasional web journal, but this is a topic that we feel would be of much interest to our visitors, and we would certainly consider doing an article on this subject, and opening it up to our visitors for their contributions.

Perhaps visitors could submit pieces on their own experiences in making inchies, and the uses that they have made of them in other artwork, such as artist trading cards, and the other examples that you have mentioned.
