We call these Your Pages because that's exactly what they are: written by, for and about you, our visitors. This is where you'll find opportunities to make your own contribution to our website.
Have you made an artist trading card or some other piece of artwork that you're particularly proud of? Would you like to be able to show it off to other enthusiasts?
Do you have an altered art project that you just can't wait to share?
Perhaps you have a relevant story to tell?
Well, here's your chance
We're offering you the opportunity to create your own pages on our website, about anything to do with altered and mixed-media art. You'll also be able to see and comment on what other visitors have written.
There will be invitations to make your own contribution throughout the site, but you'll also find them collected together here on this page. The subjects on which there are opportunities to contribute so far include:
We're also giving you the chance to tell us what you'd like to see included. What topics would have you itching to contribute? What would you like to see from other visitors to our site?
Remember that these are your pages, so tell us what you think.
Please use the form below. Give your suggested topic a title, which could be in the form of a question. Here are some examples of topics that have already been suggested. Please expand a little on about how you would introduce your subject and encourage other visitors to contribute. What questions would you ask to arouse their interest?
Other visitors will be able to read and comment on your suggestion. If it seems to be popular, and fits in well with the theme of our site, we'll add it as a permanent invitation for our visitors to contribute their own pages.

Great site - love the altered art but also interested in what you used to build it?

Thank you for your kind comments, Julie. I used SBI! from SiteSell to build this site.
Altered art is my thing, I teach it, I practice it, I'm always looking for new ways, new ideas, new contacts! Love it and would be happy to share whatever.
I just hunted up Tim Holtz, whose art I have always admired, and want more of (from the time of the Carol Burnett show, long, long ago!) Will search out more now, thanks for the info. Can't wait.
Nice looking site!
Thank you for your clear, insightful answers to several basic questions about altered art and ATC's.

It is great to read new information on the Web. I found Altered Art Net very good and informative.
I liked also the idea of 'Your Pages' that helps people who care about altered arts to share their knowledge.
Thank you for publishing Altered Art dot Net.
